Mature Japan Citizens’ Movement
2022/09/30
Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s state funeral, which divided the feelings of the citizens of Japan in two.
Police officers try to prevent violent conflict between protesters gathered in Tokyo and people offering wreaths.
They don’t wear menacing armament or defensive equipment, and they show their bare hands to guide the group.
Not a single person was injured or there was any disruption or damage to public facilities.
Of course, there were no arrests by government officials.

I borrowed some of the footage from https://moment.nikkan-gendai.com/news/54299.
Is there an example in the world of such a mature, large-scale mass movement?
